The Standard Workplace MHFA blended course is a combination of online eLearning, followed by 2 x online workshops held over Zoom. Focusing on the workplace, it provides relevant information and tailored scenarios around the provision of mental health first aid to assist colleagues, clients, and other workplace contacts.
Course content:
- Recognising signs & symptoms of common mental health problems
- Understanding the impact of untreated mental health problems in the workplace
- Learn a framework to have supportive mental health conversations
- Knowledge to connect people to existing workplace supports and options around external professional help.
- Self-care strategies for both the employee and the mental health first aider

- Refund requests must be submitted 10 calendar days prior to course date.
- As MHFA eLearning vouchers are non-transferable, the $120.00 voucher fee is non-refundable. Only refund of workshop fee is applicable.
- Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of course date will incur a transfer fee of $75.00.
- Should a course be rescheduled by MHET, participants are able to transfer to a future date free of charge. Refund on negotiation, as per above, if future date not suitable.
- Confirmation, eLearning and Zoom link details will be sent once payment has been received.
