With the increasing impact of mental health problems on workplaces, early intervention is key. The content is research backed and has input from specialists in the field and those with lived experience of mental health problems.
Mental Health First Aid teaches knowledge & skills to give your staff confidence to have supportive conversations with colleagues who may be developing a mental health problem, may have a worsening of a known diagnosis or are in crisis.
