Standard Refresher Online

By booking the Standard Refresher Online course, you confirm that you completed a full Standard Workplace or Standard Community MHFA within the 3 years prior to the booked course date. NB: if you last completed a refresher version of the course you must now book a full course to remain accredited.
Refund requests must be submitted 10 calendar days prior to course date.
Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of course date will incur a transfer fee of $55.00.
Should a course be rescheduled by MHET, participants are able to transfer to a future date free of charge. Refund on negotiation.
Confirmation, manual and Zoom link details will be sent once payment has been received.

Standard Workplace MHFA Online

Refund requests must be submitted 10 calendar days prior to course date.
As MHFA eLearning vouchers are non-transferable, the $120.00 voucher fee is non-refundable. Only refund of workshop fee is applicable.
Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of course date will incur a transfer fee of $75.00.
Should a course be rescheduled by MHET, participants are able to transfer to a future date free of charge. Refund on negotiation, as per above, if future date not suitable.
